Sanad Care — Home Nursing Services Static Website (Next.js 14 + SEO)
A professional static website for Sanad Care, a home nursing and healthcare service in Marrakech, Morocco. Built by expert frontend developer Hamza Miloud Amar with Next.js 14, focusing on local SEO, medical tourism, and 24/7 care visibility.

Overview
Sanad Care is a professional static website I designed and developed as an expert frontend developer for a home nursing and healthcare service based in Marrakech, Morocco. The site serves as the digital front door for Sanad Care, connecting local residents and international medical tourists with qualified, state-registered nurses providing 24/7 home healthcare services.
The Problem
Before this website, Sanad Care faced significant visibility and trust challenges:
- No digital presence — Potential patients and families couldn't find or verify the service online
- Medical tourism gap — International visitors in Marrakech had no way to discover English-speaking home nursing
- Trust deficit — Without a professional website, credibility was questioned compared to competitors
- Missed emergency inquiries — 24/7 service was invisible to people searching at night or during crises
- Competitor advantage — Other home care services had basic websites capturing search traffic
My Role
As the expert frontend developer, I was responsible for:
- Complete website design and development from scratch
- Local SEO strategy targeting Marrakech healthcare searches
- Medical tourism content optimization for international visitors
- Performance optimization for users on mobile and variable connections
- Multi-page architecture covering all services and patient needs
- Trust-building design that conveys professionalism and compassion

Challenges & Solutions
Challenge 1: Building Trust in Healthcare
Healthcare decisions require absolute confidence. I implemented:
- Nurse credential display — Registration numbers, certifications, experience
- Patient photo testimonials — Real faces and stories (with consent)
- Transparent process — Step-by-step explanation of how care works
- Safety protocols — Detailed hygiene and security measures
- Insurance information — Clarity on coverage and payment options
Challenge 2: Medical Tourism Content
International visitors have unique concerns. I created:
- English-first content — Primary language for tourist audience
- Hotel/riad care specifics — Understanding of tourist accommodation
- Rapid response promise — Fast dispatch for time-sensitive visitors
- Doctor coordination — Partnership with local physicians for referrals
- Cultural sensitivity — Respect for diverse backgrounds and needs
Challenge 3: Performance on Variable Connections
Patients and families may browse on slow connections. I optimized:
- Static generation — Instant page loads, no server wait time
- Image optimization — WebP format, responsive sizes, lazy loading
- Minimal JavaScript — Core functionality works without JS
- Progressive enhancement — Rich features load progressively
- Offline-ready — Service Worker for basic offline access
Challenge 4: Accessibility for Elderly Users
Many patients and their families are older adults. I ensured:
- Large touch targets — 48px minimum for all interactive elements
- High contrast — WCAG AA compliant color combinations
- Readable typography — Minimum 16px body text, clear hierarchy
- Screen reader support — Proper ARIA labels and semantic HTML
- Keyboard navigation — Full site usable without mouse
Results & Impact
- Search visibility — Page 1 for "home nursing Marrakech" within 3 months
- Inquiry volume — 200% increase in contact form submissions
- Medical tourism leads — 50+ international patient inquiries per month
- Trust establishment — Professional website referenced by hotels and travel agencies
- Competitive positioning — Now ranks above established competitors for key terms
- 24/7 discovery — Website captures leads even when office is closed

Lessons Learned
Building for healthcare taught me that web design can literally save lives. When a worried family member searches "nurse for elderly parent Marrakech" at 2 AM, the website they find needs to immediately convey trust, competence, and availability. Every design decision — from color choice to contact button placement — serves that critical purpose.
